Post Test 1

The lesson for this module is about angles in a unit circle. I was already familiar with it since this lesson had been discussed from our math subjects during our junior high school. When I first learned about this, I was finding it quite difficult, but as years and math lessons go by I was able to get used to it and know how to solve. The post test doesn’t have that much computation since most of it are more on definition and terms. I was really happy that I got a perfect score in this test.

Post Test 2

I had a hard time at understanding this lesson at first. I actually got a low score during the post test since I was having a difficult time absorbing the lesson. The online class for this lesson helped me to understand it and I realized that it was not that difficult, I just need to have more patience while learning it. I got another perfect score for this post test and I’m really happy that I aced it even though it was challenging at first.

Post Test 3

Week 3 is about circular functions. This topic was in between easy and difficult. There are times were I feel like I finally understand it but I still got a wrong answer. I score a 9 out of 10 in this post test, I chose the wrong answer in question number 9. I got mixed up with the negative sign which resulted a wrong answer.

Post Test 4

Module 4 is about graphing circular functions. As someone who’s not a fast-learner when it comes to graphing, I had a hard time understanding some parts of the lesson. During the pre-test, I scored an 8 out of 10. I was hoping to have a perfect score for the post test but unfortunately, I had one mistake. The question was actually quite easy to be honest, I just got confused which resulted to a wrong choice of answer.

Standard form of a sine function: ㅤy = a sin(bx + c) + d
amplitude = |a|ㅤㅤㅤphase shift = -c/b
period = 2π/bㅤㅤㅤvertical shift = d
= y = 5sin(2/3 x-2/9 π)

Post Test 5

The 5th module of the 2nd quarter is all about problems involving circular functions. Solving problems are also one of my weaknesses in math. My score in the pre-test isn’t really that great and satisfying. I focused on the online class to able to understand the topic more. I was determined to learn it. Because of my determination I was able to perfect the post test.

Post Test 6

The trigonometric identities topic was not new to me. It was discussed ever since I was in junior high school. Though I still get confuse to some parts of the module. I was not able to perfect this post test, a made a mistake on number 9 which is kinda disappointing since I thought I was gonna ace this post test. I learned from it and promise to always check my answers and be sure before passing the test.

= sin²x + cos²x = 1
= sin²x/cos²x + cos²x/ cos²x = 1/cosx
= tan²x + 1 = sec²x
= tan²x = 1 – 1 = sec²x – 1 (subtract 1 from both sides)
= sec² - 1 = tan²x

Post Test 7

Module 7 was also not new to me since sum and difference of two angles and other identities were discussed during our past math subjects. I find this topic quite easy since formulas are given in order to solve an equation. I was able to ace this post test, I felt happy since during the previous post test I wasn’t able to get a perfect score because of a mistake.

Post Test 8

This is the last post test for the 2nd quarter. I was really determine and hoping to get a perfect score in this post test since it is the last one. I actually had a difficult time with this one since inverse functions isn’t really my thing. But with patience and hard work, I was able and happy to get a score of 10 out of 10. I'm thankful for the online class because it helped me to fully understand the lesson.

Summative Test 1

I got a perfect score on the first summative test for the 2nd quarter. I was really happy since it showed that I understand the lesson. Even though there are still some questions that gave me a bot of hard time, I was able to answer them correctly. After this summative test, I was hoping to at least perfect the next ones.

Summative Test 2

This summative contains the lesson of module 3 and module 4. Circular functions was a challenge for me while answering the post test, especially graphing circular functions. But I was still able to perfect this summative since the questions are mostly from the post test which made me know some of the answers immediately.

Summative Test 3

This is the 3rd time that I got a perfect score in a summative test. The questions were again same from the post test which helped me in solving the problems. Even though I know most of the answers already, I still double checked it and still solve all of it to avoid mistakes.

Summative Test 4

This is the last summative test for the 2nd quarter and I wasn’t able to perfect it. I made 2 mistakes which resulted to a score of 18 out of 20. I was still grateful for my score but I know I could have done better. I chose the wrong answers for questions 17 and 18. For question 17, I chose the wrong answer out of all the right answers. I realized that tan x was the only one who doesn’t have a period of 2π. For question 18, I accidentally chose the wrong answer. It was my fault since I didn’t check my answer if it was correct or not.
